Remember the Jellymen?

Over on the Comics UK Forum Phil Rushton has uploaded a few scans of a fantastically nightmarish old Beezer strip, The Jellymen! This bizarre and beautifully drawn strip, from 1960, is crying out to be reprinted in some form. Check out the forum for more samples here.

I read this when I was 9 years old.
I have 2 Beezer comics with The Jellymen in it, and I've just drawn a large picture of them marching out of the sea.

I remember the Jellymen very well. I remember they used to blow huge bubbles from those suckers on the ends of their arms, trapping people and animals inside them. The bubbles were incredibly strong and I remember one of them trapping a centurion tank on a beach!

Just found this on Wikipedia...
The Jellymen was a comic strip that ran in The Beezer from Feb 1960-September 1960.
The Jellymen were grey, five-legged humanoids who had suckers instead of hands. These suckers produced giant bubbles that could solidify and imprison humans. Science teacher “Potassium” Roberts knew of a chemical that would dissolve the incredibly strong “prisons” and with six of his students he set about releasing entrapped people and foiling the Jellymens' plans for world domination.
The story was illustrated by Ken Hunter and it was reprinted in 1970.

I had no idea about The Jellymen until I read about them on Mike McMahons blog. It seems very ahead of its time and I'd really like to see these stories published, please post something on it if it happens.
